Hi
i had to do an Upgrade to CUCM from 6.1.1 to 6.1.4 on a UCCX salution.
When i did this the agents phones (7941) had issus on transfering calls.
After analising the traces i verified that they press the transfer softkey twice before the ext. number and preforme a blind transfer.
Is there a way to disactivate this , or a timer that i can change ????

No, there are no timers or way to disable this.
If they should be doing consulted transfers then this is a matter of user education.
