The 7900 series phones do not have a Bluetooth radio built in (only the 9900 series do). You would need to use a compatible headset from Plantronics or Jabra.
My recommendation to customers is to order DECT 6-based wireless headsets for the office. Bluetooth is more susceptible to problems:
- Range is limited to 30ft maximum. (DECT is up to 300 feet)
- Runs on 2.4Ghz, same as 802.11b/g and can interfere. (DECT is 1.9Ghz)
- Blindly changes channels every X milliseconds which doesn't work as well in higher densities.
