We have a customer whom has 5 x Polycom VVX501 SIP phone handsets with expansion module.
They are registered and being and being managed by Broadsoft Call Manager.
The five phones are configured with Shared Call Appearance.
Before the change, the Polycom VVX501 is 12 lines phone:
Line 1 = phone number
Lines 2-5 = SCA / shared lines
Lines 6-12 = BLF
Expansion module = BLF
They would like to implement BLFs on those five handset.
Nine BLF were configured on the phones.
Initially, the first 7 assigned users are appearing on the VVX501 display and the last 2 are appearing on the expansion module.
Custom TAG was applied as followed:
%REG_CALLSPERLINEKEY% = 1
%REG_LINEKEYS% = 8
After the Custom TAG was applied, the result as follow:
Line 1-8 = number
Line 9-12 = SCA
Expansion module = BLF
The customer would like to know how to achieve the following:
Line 1 = phone number
Lines 2-5 = SCA / shared lines
Expansion module = BLF
