bug? missing hold key

I have some users complaining of random missing HOLD softkey. I checked the softkey templates and it is there. I'm not sure if it's a bug or just user error. Trying to figure out when/how it happens but I can't duplicate the error. It seems to only happen for 7961 + 7914 phones. Other phones don't have this issue.

Hi Tim,

There were many people reporting this issue earlier this year. Most reports seemed to indicate that they were running 7.x phone firmware. Is that what you are using? Here is one of the threads;

You could try upgrading the firmware for the 7961's

We're actually running 8.0.3, we'll definately upgrade if/when there is a newer firmware to test it out. The most frustrating part is that we can not duplicate the error.
