Bulk Administration CUCM - Job stuck in the "Pending" status.

Hi ,

 I'm tring to upload profiles to Bulk Administration with no success.

  • Uploading the file to CUCM publisher ( Bulk Administration -> upload a mew file ) .
  • Insert a UDP (Bulk Administration -> User Device Profiles -> Insert UDP).
  • Run Immediately.
  • Open Job Scheduler

when I start a job it gets stuck in the "Pending" state and never goes anywhere,  It behaves like there's a job still in queue.

I restarted the Tomcat ,AXL, Bulk, and TAPS services.

Is there something else I can do ?

hi,

 

check if all the previous jobs above it are completed, if any of the jobs prior it it in pending so new jobs will stuck in pending.

if not then collect the BPS logs to see if you found any exceptions there for that time.
