Bulk Import Tool CCM4.1

I'm trying to use the bulk import tool to to import some users and i get an error "couldn't create user object" there is also info that the DC service isn't running. but i looked and that service is running.

This error can occur when some Cisco CallManager usernames are followed by a space and others are not.

1) Make sure that no usernames are followed by spaces.

2) If the error is still received, uninstall the Bulk Administration (BAT) Tool from the Add/Remove window on the Cisco CallManager Control Panel.

3) Install the BAT Tool from Cisco CallManager Plug-ins (go to Applications > Install Plug-ins) on the CallManager Admin page.
