This error can occur when some Cisco CallManager usernames are followed by a space and others are not.
1) Make sure that no usernames are followed by spaces.
2) If the error is still received, uninstall the Bulk Administration (BAT) Tool from the Add/Remove window on the Cisco CallManager Control Panel.
3) Install the BAT Tool from Cisco CallManager Plug-ins (go to Applications > Install Plug-ins) on the CallManager Admin page.
