Bulk Importing against exisitng phones

My title of this post may be a little confusing.  That is because i am sort of used to just doing importing to phones that do no exist in the system.  But this time, i need to modify the existing phones.   I have already created a CSV file.  I have attached the test file.  You will see about 2 phones details listed that I was trying to insert phones.  But i keep getting an error 4082 "F0292958A10C DEVICE-LINE Association :: Error : 4082 Cannot associate a DN or Pattern with the same device more than once (in DeviceNumplanMap table)."  That is probably because the phone already exist.

What i need help with, is what is the proper steps to import this file?  The phones already exist.  Do i do an "update" instead??

This is Call Manager 9.1.2 btw.

Correct, you update, or overwrite, if the phone is already in the system. BTW, there's nothing attached

Opps. choose file but did not hit upload.

Ok, so what do i need to do with this attached csv to update the phones?  I am not sure this is going to work well.  Maybe i should just delete the phones altogether and then re add them.

oh i see, i can't upload csv's.

i have changed it to xlsx. try now.

That is what i was trying to do, over write. Should i check all the check boxes??? under over write when you import?  I only see stuff about over writing speed dials, blf, etc.  How do i over write and let my add phones CSV add the phones?
