C3845 CME, slowly degrades over the time up to non working (*Dead* processes taking up to 500MB of RAM)

Greetings everyone.

I can not find a solution for this case, after replace the motherboard, put more ram, change IOS Version, re config everything, and stills the CME on the C3845 getting hung in a perior of time from 10 to 15 days and ephones disconnected from the CME.

IOS version and related info of the ISR

Cisco IOS Software, 3800 Software (C3845-ADVENTERPRISEK9_IVS_LI-M), Version 15.1(4)M10, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
Cisco 3845 (revision 1.0) with 1007616K/40960K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FTX1353AJEG
4 FastEthernet interfaces
2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
3 Channelized (E1 or T1)/PRI ports
1 Virtual Private Network (VPN) Module
4 Voice FXO interfaces
DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled.
479K bytes of NVRAM.
978928K bytes of USB Flash usbflash0 (Read/Write)
250200K bytes of ATA System CompactFlash (Read/Write)

When the router is hung, the ssh or telnet access is really slow, kind of 2400bps line speed, then i check the proceses and memory and got this.

CPU Usage is almost null

<see shoprocecpuhist.png>

in show proceses memory shows
<see showprocememory.png>

*Dead* process taking a big chunk, keeping up Holding.

In a deep search on cisco community found this
High CPU in AFW_Application? - Cisco Community

Recommended TAC Solution is :

voice service voip
supplementary-service rinback h225-info
end

After the reboot, i keep checking the memory consumption and after 1 hour, the  AFW_application_process, is back and *Dead* process is going up again.

there is anything i can do to check this behavior ? or do a TCL Script to inspect the usage of *Dead* process and reboot the ISR?

thanks for your time.

Edgar

greetings everyone.

after 24 hours the overall panorama is not improving, even worst, the memory consumption from *Dead* packets are going up, almost 331 MB of ram in 1 day, mostly on the show command for memory used by dead processes shows now "State Machine Instance", "IVR: pWrapper", "ivr:version", "ivr:mediaContent", "SSH Process", and, "*Packet Header" and "*Packet Data*"

prior to the command suggested by TAC, there are not *Packet Data* or *Packet Header* in *Dead* memory usage..

this is weird.... too weird... someone has seen this before ?

Anyone can help with this issue ?
