Call delay between SIP phones

Hi,

  Today i got a strange issue , when we make internal calls between 8841 phones, the call is connecting properly but getting delay in voice.

When i checked in the SDL traces, couldn't find any packet loss or jitter. But the customer experiencing delay.

The phone load is : sip88xx.10-2-2-16

CUCM version : 10.5

Please advise how to sort out this issue.

Have you made sure the underlying network was not having issues, or big data transfers were going on during the timeframe??

That points more to a network issue.

Hi Jaime,

 Its an internal network with same  subnet. The interesting thing is, no issue reported with SCCP phones. Only this issue with 8841 phones.

have you found any abnormalities in the SDL traces ?.
