call forward busy delay

I'm configuring a new cmgr cluster, 4.2.3. Setting up a few demo phones, noticed something strange. The phone being called has a rollover, or 2nd line configured. 1st line cf/bsy to 2nd. dialing 1st line when its busy, the call waits about 10sec before ringing on the 2nd line. If I remove the partition and CSS, then it rings it immediately. Can't see anything wrong - SQL tables and replication is correct.

Ha anyone seen this?

answered my own question - had a shared line appearance of the 1st line and it still had bsy trigger set to 2, so call never rolled to 2nd line until the no ans timer expired
