Call forward redirect number passing 4 digits instead of 7

I am forwarding my ip phone to a cell number. When the call is made to the ip phone and in turn forwarded to the cell phone, the redirect number is only 4 digits so my telco regects the number as incomplete. How do I adjust this to output 7 or 10 digits for the redirecting number. I am using CCM 4.02 with a 2811 with c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.124-13a.bin. Here is a debug of the output...

Have you checked your translation patterns and masks? It has to be getting converted to 4 digits by a translation patter or mask.

Yes I have checked both. I only have one translation and that is for the operator. The mask has the full 10 digit number.

Here is the order of applied number transformations:

1. External phone number mask

2. Translation pattern

3. Route pattern

4. Route list using route group details

5. Transformation on the terminating device

Make sure you check the mask in all of those places.

You need to check the following:

1- Gateway Page where you registered your 2811

2- Outbound Calls - Calling Party Selection

Check it to be the First Originating Number instead of the current status,

It turns out you don't need the redirect number in there at all. To turn it off go to the Gateway cinfig and uncheck the following Redirecting Number IE Delivery - Outbound. I did have to restart my CCM service before the change took effect for some reason.
