Hi,
We are running CUCM 8.6 and CUC 8.6 with Single line (VOIP & PSTN) with Geo location Policy in place. Currently we have requirement like around 200 users are moving from Location A to Location B.
Location A users extensions need to forwarded (Only VOIP Calls) to Location B extensions. Also location A users who receive PSTN Calls on there numbers should be forwarded to there voicemail.
Scenario Required:
Location A user extension number is 86444 who moves to location B and his extension would get changed to 76444.
VOIP Call forwarding should happen like this.. 86444 Call forward (Internal) to 76444, if 76444 doesn't answer go to voicemail of 76444.
PSNT Call forwarding -- Calls receiving on 86444 (DID) should get forwarded to Voicemail.( We are setting a greeting on all users stating that there number has been changed and the call hangs up without taking any message).
Pls suggest.

Hello,
What I would do in location A is set the call forward internal treatment options (VOIP) to forward the call to the extension in location B (assuming via SIP trunk).
Then in location A, I would also set the Call forward external treatment options (PSTN) to blind transfer the call to the user's voicemail account. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/26862-transfer-voicemail.html (While it is an older document, the steps are still relevant).
Thanks,
Ryan
