Call forwarding issue , second caller is not hearing the busy tone.

If the office phone or the IP phone plugin is forwarded to a  analog phone and a forwarded call is active. At the same time if a second call comes  the second caller hears nothing. In this situation the second caller should hear the sound of an occupied phone. Please share your views.

Sandeep,

It's working as it should. When the forwarded call is active, do you see the line 1 busy on the IP phone ? No.

Pls confirm & Lemme know how it goes.
