Call Fowarding

We are currently running CUCM 7.0.1.

I have a phone A (12345) that is setup to forward to phone B (12340) here are the settings:

Phone A

Call Forarward Settings          Voice Mail          Destination

Forward Busy Internal                                        12340

Foward Busy External                                        12340

Forward No Answer Internal                                12340

Forward No Answer External                               12340

Forward Unregistered Internal                              12340

Forward Unregistered External                             12340

Phone B

Call Forarward Settings          Voice Mail          Destination

When phone A receives a call and it is unanswered the call is fowarded to phone B.  If the call is not ansewred by phone B, the call goes to Voice Mail.  Is there any way for this call to either not go to Voice Mail (keep on ringing) or to forward back to phone A?

The only special rule for CF settings is for CFA.

There is no way to configure the phone to keep ringing and setting it back to the other phone causes a loop.

What you could try are line groups with those phones so you can ring back to A one last time.
