Call handler calls not able to transfer to Extensions

Call flow :SIP ISP >H323 GW> CUCM> Unity Connection Call Handler (Any Caller Input - Transfer to Disirected extention numbers)>

But the issue is,When i dial give the Dial the extension  number again and again same prompt is coming means not accepting my digits .

While the call initiated from the extension number to Call handler the call is transfering properly to desired extensions

Check your DTMF configuration in the GW, are you doing SIP, then H323 to CUCM??

I'd suggest you to go SIP all the way to avoid inter-networking issues.

Seems to be issue with dtmf.

Have you defined a dtmf relay in dial peer which is pointing to cucm, if not try below command and try plz.

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
