Hello all,

Unity 4.00Build 4.0(5)

CUCM 7.1

Is there a way to allow call handler owners to change the caller input not just the greetings?

I don't believe this is possible via the TUI. I assume you are talking about changing the IVR options. You would need to do that via the web portal. You can grant limited permissions to the admin GUI. I did a write up on this a while ago:

Of course, if I am barking up the wrong tree, I apologize.

Confirm.  You cannot change Caller Input options via Greetings Administrator / TUI.  You would need to use the SA for this.  Check out Bill's guide for applying limited permissions to Unity SA.  That's your best bet outside of sharing the UnityAdmin credentials (not recommended) or configuring a full blown admin account that is independent of subscriber accounts for Call Handler owners.
