Hello,
We have a client that have a issue with a call id, he said that incomming call id (display in his phone) is the SAME THAT HIS DDI OF HIS E1!!!!.
I've checked the config for see if the call manager can modify the caller id when INBOUND call from E1. but I not found nothing, I just found we can modify just in OUTBOUND calls.
please help me....

What is being delivered to the gateway, use 'debug isdn q931" to check.
You can use tranformation rules to change the incoming CLI/ANI but if your really being sent your outbound E1 pilot number then I would get this resolved first.
Find out if this is happening for all calls coming in from the E1, i.e. your not just hairpining calls back into the system from the PSTN.

thanks tobi. you help me give me ideas.
Finally I found the issue.
We can modified the calling and called ID of outbound calls in the Route Pattern, Route Group, and the extension mask field (into the directory number of the phone).
Today I realice that we can modified the calling and called ID of INBOUND calls in the Hunt pilot that manage the call inbound (you can check wich hunt pilot in the translation patter)
.
This is solved. We made a mistake and in the hunt pilot (manage the call inbound) we put the DDI in the Calling Party Transformations field, we deleted and now is fine. Before we not found the mistake because, We look for in the route pattern, route group and the extension mask.
From now I know the inbound call can be modified with the hunt pilot that manage the call inbound!!!!
thanks a lot.
if this help you rate me...
