Call Manager 12.5 Question

Hello,

 

We have recently installed CUCM 12.5. When a user now goes into the Corporate Directory on the phones (8851's) they see "Offline" next to peoples names.

 

I thought it was to do with "Presence" and if they were logged into Jabber this would change but it doesn't. Is there anyway to get rid of the "Offline" tag?
