Call manager 7.0 backup not backuped all files

Hi everybody.

I have to cisco  Call Manager v 7.0  one is Publisher  another one Subscriber.

When I try to do backup from Disaster Recovery by ftp Backup cannot  do backup   Repoter in Publisher server,  in Subscriber server cannot do backup tftp. what can be cause of this ?

Please attach the DRS log file so that we can see as to why the error occured.

Please  let me know of the SFTP server that you are using for taking the  backup. The ones tested by Cisco are TitanFTP , CoreFTP  and Cygwin sftp  servers.

If you are using freeFTPD server, try changing the SFTP server. There are known issues with the freeFTPD server and DRS backups.

I use cisco recomended sftp server but this not help to me.

Now I can full backup fisrt server but cannot copy only tftp  from second server
