from the cisco serviceability page, trace --> configuration
you can set the DRF master and agents logs to detailed.
after that from RTMT you can collect those logs!!

Has this worked previously? If so I would restart the DRF Local and Master services on this server.

if after restarting the services it didnt work, i'll check the drf master and agents logs!!

from the cisco serviceability page, trace --> configuration
you can set the DRF master and agents logs to detailed.
after that from RTMT you can collect those logs!!

i install rtmt but when i click it i enter my credentials and it freezes in the Loading window. i tryed on win 7 and 2003 server
any ideas?
