Hello,
Happy new year to all.
I have a licensing problem on call manager 9. I have recently bought the equipment and we somehow lost the PAK. I want to re-order a new one but i realised the licensing procedure has changed to UWL or something else which i dont understand for now.
The issue is i need a license for the call manager itself and also device licenses?
previsously i knw i just need to order L-CM-DL-100 for as many as i want. but i dnt have a clue now.
Any help please.
Thank you
Murtala

Hi Murtala,
Why u want to purchase the licenses again? You can contact Cisco licensing team with contract number or reach your partner who will provide SO and contract number .they will be able to provide PAK numbers for licenses.
for call manager 9, u need CUWL licenses/UCL . Mix of UCL and CUWL is possible.
No Node licenses required in CUCM 9

Thank you aman (by the way my sons name is Aman),
I taught of that too but we had a problem with our partner to bought the equipment, he is not ready to release those information and time is going so we opted to buy new licenses.
If i need the CUWL/UCL how to i go about it for atleast 100 IP phones and a publisher/subscriber

Hi,
you do not need any node license for PUB and SUB for CUCM 9
you can refer the link for licenses on phones for understanding ELM
