Hi All
I am looking to see if it is possible to setup call manager 9 on this occasion, to look at AD and give roles out depending on specific groups that that persons AD account is assigned to.
We currently have an LDAP sync in place to allow for the password to be managed by Active directory and using a attribute in active directory for the extension number as the username.
However currently we are manually assigning roles and looking to see if we can streamline this to make user creation / management much simpler.
