I?d like to open up a ticket with the Call Manager group.
I?m attempting to configure IP Communicator with VT Advantage.
I am running IP Communicator version 2.0.2.0, CDP Driver Version: 2.0.1.01, Media Driver Version 2.0.1.08. Video Advantage software versions are: Application 2.0.2.0, CDP Driver Version: 2.0.2.0.
Call Manager version 4.1(3)sr3c
In Call Manager, I have enabled Video Capabilities in Call Manager on the device.
Even though I have enabled Video Capabilities on my device, the camera icon is not displayed on IP Communicator. I?ve attempted to reset/rebuild the configuration, but still have not had any luck.

Try upgrading firmware on the phone. It should be 8.0.4SR1.
It should fix your problem.

Have you tried reinstalling IPC?

yes. IPC had been reinstalled. I found the issue. The FTP configuration was incorrect.
