OK, I've tried to research this but I'm only getting hits for Call Manager (CUCM), not Call Manager Express.
Some time ago, certain Services stopped working. Particulary the ability to edit/manage speed dial buttons.
I cannot get an approximate date or time from the customer, but this was working fine until some time ago, and there have been no changes made to the system for a very long time. I have had the customer reboot phones, reboot the router, and I have removed and re-added the "url services <URL>" statement under telephony services.
Has anyone seen this before?
CME version is 8.1, system has been in place for going on four to five years, router is a 2921 running IOS 15.1(2)-T2a.
Any suggestions before I have to call TAC would be appreciated.
