Hi All..Perhaps someone could help...
I have an issue with the GUI when trying to access the CUCM admin web page on our subscriber server.
I enter the username and password but then the web page just hangs and the IE progress bar gets very slowly approx a 3rd way then nothing happens...
I can access the Publisher ok and I know it's not a username/ password issue....
There have been no other issues that I know of and no changes to the platform for some time....
I would be grateful if someone could help...

What is call manager version?
Did u try restarting tomcast service from Publisher for Sub?

CUCM Version is V6.1....and no not tried to restart Tomcat service....Would this need to be done from the CLI command?

Hi Taylor,
You can issue the command from OS administration through putty.
utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
