Hi,
Do you have Unity along with CUCM? If that's the case you can create a CTI Route Point that sends
the caller to a Call Handler and record a greeting that mentions the office schecule. You can create a
greeting for business and afterhours too and teh greeting will play according to a certain schedule
or configure a general greeting that plays all the time.
1. Go to the CUCM Admin Page--> Device --> CTI Route Point and add a new one. Assign an available
extension and select Call Forward all to Voicemail. Please refer to:

2. On the Unity Admin Page go to the Call Handlers section --> Add a new CH and assign the CTI RP's
extension. Make sure you you select "send directly to greeting" on the CH Transfer settings.
You can record and upload a greeting that plays the info you want.
