Hello Guys,
I am looking for a PAK or .lic file inside the Call Manager GUI.
A customer wants to renew the software subscription for the licenses (Smartnet, SWSS), but he has lost the PAKs that came with the purchase order.
Is there any way to obtain them from the call manager interfase?

Hi Christian,
Smartnet, SWSS are not exactly the licenses but the software contracts purchased with the product which specifies type of service you get from Cisco for that.
We can only get the license related info in CUCM and we wont be able to get the PAK for these contracts from CUCM afaik but can get it by logging in with Cisco CCO login linked with the contract. Else you need to get in touch with your Cisco Accounts team

Have you logged into your PLM to see the licensing information???

Hello,
I have logged into PLM. It shows the licenses detail:available vs consume licenses.
I was not able to find the PAKs or .lic files.

OK, the license files you can get from CLI, but the PAK, is a term that is used only when you use it on the licensing portal, CUCM has absolutely no idea about that.
