in our project 1 publisher and four subcriber and ASAfirewall and branch site wan connectivity is there branch office we are using srst router
in branch site phones are not registering from call manger site in fire site pining is blocked but ports are open for sccp

Actually the TFTP trace you posted is the same so I assume you know Fazal Khan. It may be better to work the issue in the other thread. In either case, the debugs you provided are from an IOS device. The error messages you are seeing indicate that the files being requested by the phone are not available. More accurately, the TFTP daemon on the IOS device cannot serve the files to the TFTP client (IP Phone). This could be because the file isn't stored in flash or it could be that the file is there but the TFTP service hasn't been configured to service the file.
If you have a CUCM cluster and you are running TFTP in that cluster then I'd recommend pointing the DHCP option 150 config to the TFTP node(s) in the cluster. You could certainly serve up firmware from your local router if that works best for you but you will want to serve configs from a CUCM node running TFTP service for various reasons.
