Call not go through

Experts,

Need your inputs.

 

One particular series of call Ex 6XXXX does not go thru and path is PSTN-->CUCM-->Unity Express autoattended script(8.0.2)-->ext 6XXXX-->Gatekeeper-->main location Translation patter--> PSTN.

Using the above same path 5XXXX calls matures but not 6XXXX.

Form Local Extension all Calls easily matures path CUCM Ext 2xxxx-->dial 6XXXX-->Gatekeeper--> main location Translation patter--> PSTN.

I am not getting what is missing.

Without any more details, you probably want to start debugging the GW that the call should be going out to the PSTN to find out if it's making it that far, if not, then move to the previous element until you find out where the call is failing, and then you can start looking into what might be wrong.

Thanks for input.

I am sure its reaches the Gatekeeper and phone display 6XXXX and give fast busy tone. It does not happen for 5XXXX.
