Call Park Error

We are working on a set
where CUCM 9.1
Publisher IP X.X.X.90
subscribe IP X.X.X.91

Partition : PT_CALL_PARK

Css: STD_Access

PT_CALL_PARK is in Css: STD_Access

New Call Park number created

3410 (This is free number) even tried for 34XX


checked Call park on Cisco IP Phone 6921 (Extension 3461) getting error "Park Destination is Unavailable"


checked Call park on Cisco IP Phone 7965 (Extension 3400) getting error "No Park Number Available"

how can i come out of this

Have you configured the call park range for both Publisher and Subscriber separately? if not, then please do it and test.

Hello Manish,

Issue was resolved ...as all the IP Phones are registered with the Subscriber....After selection of Subscriber in Call park option "Cisco Unified Communications Manage"...issue got resolved..
