Call pickup from park restriction?

Hi all, anyone with CMBE 8.0 have problem with call pickup after a call was (directed) parked?

I can only pickup call when I made the transfer to the directed park exten but not when my collegue do this. My BLF of the park lamp but when I try to take the call I hear only the busy signal.

Any suggestion?

Hi,

For test purpose can we do things blow?

1. set Partition of Directed call park number to none?

2. please check if there is any overlapping number with same digits as your Directed call park number: call routing > route plan report

Setting partition to "none" don't solve my issue.

In the route plan report I see only 225 (my parking number) and his retrival number (99225).

Is there another way to debug it?

I see that if I park the call from the phone (with the button or with the transfer) all works. It doesn't works when I transfer (on busy or no-answer) automatically from another phone to the directed park number.

Hi,

Unfortunately your issue is working as design. Directed Call Park has to be invoked through  transfer feature. Forwarding to the Directed Call Park number just like  directly dial to the park code, the park is in-completed, thus the call  cannot be retrieved.
