We are still on CCM 4.3 (soon to upgrade) until then, when dialing a specific number, 916-925-xx4x we get call cannot be completed as dialed. However, I can dial any other number in that string and any other number in that area code. That is a good working number and can be dialed from off our network such as a cell phone or other outside line. When doing a debug ISDN q931 on the gateway the digits dont even make it that far. My first thought was to use DNA to see where the call stops but we can't install the plugin because no one here knows what the private cluster password is. The route pattern is 9.xxxxxxxxxx for long distance calls, route this pattern. It works for every long distance call except for that particular number.
Any suggestions on how to isolate the issue with this number without using DNA?

Are you sure there are no other overlapping patterns?
Also is this in US? If so have you tried dialing it with 1?
