I have cisco IP Phone 7912 with CUCM 10.5 , Wen I went to transfer a active call they cannot do this .
Phone Load Name : CP7912080004SCCP080108A.

What are the Busy Trigger / Max Calls settings on the DN assigned to 7912? What exactly happens when you try to transfer, does the other party ring or you don't get the option to transfer at all? Does it happen for external calls only or for both internal and external calls?

The Busy Trigge=2
Max Calls settings on the DN assigned=4.
When I try to transfer nothing happen.
I don't get the option to transfer at all.
