call transfer go to on-hold in CME

hi ,

does anyone know what went wrong ?

- Phone A call reception 3134000, then reception at 3134000, transfer call to  6000, however reception can't talk to 6000 before she transfer to 6000.

Everytime she press the transfer, user 6000 always hear MOH , however when she press 2nd transfer, then call just release ,so Phone A speak to 6000

But reception will not ever to inform the 6000 on who is calling before transfre, as always hear MOH in 6000 before he transfer it.

this is CME, and we use "consult transfer"

whats is the receptionist doing to transfer ?

answer call A, press transfer button, dial 6000, press transfer buttona again ?

6000 should never hear MOH, only Caller A should hear MOH during that transfer process...

she press Transfer, and phone 6000 ring, then 6000 pick up, 6000 hear MOH

no she has not press 2nd transfer , she need to speak to 6000 first ,to see if he agree to pick up the call.

If she press 2nd transfer, it get transfer ok, and 6000 can speak with Phone A

But issus is, reception need to talk to 6000 before send

have you personally replicated this problem or is it her describing the problem to you as is....i m just trying to make sure this is not an end user error..

please paste ur cme configs..and phones in question
