Call transfer issue from calls comming in via pstn

Interanl transfers are fine

When  a call comes in to phone A from the PSTN and attepts to trasfer to phone B via interanl extension the caller who called in hears a fast busy

all MTPS are up

no changes were made

all DSP on the GW looks good

Hi,

Is this for all users or only a problem between two phones ?

Can phone A transfer to another phone other than B ?

Can phone A dial phone B`s extension internally ?

Is it intermittent or with every call ?

It's for users in one device pool and it is only a problem when calls come in from the PSTN.

Internal transfers work fine.

Can you attach traces for a failed call with calling and called party numbers including the transfer number.
