Hello,
On a UC520 with Version 7.1 Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express we have configured the following hunt group:
voice hunt-group 70 parallel
final 314
list 313,321,331,341,351,371,303,301
pilot 7777
The voice port configuration:
voice-port 0/1/1
supervisory disconnect anytone
compand-type a-law
cptone GR
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
connection plar opx immediate 7777
description *** 2610-221131 ***
bearer-cap Speech
caller-id enable
!
The problem is that when an incoming call arrives, only the first directory number in the list is able to see the caller ID.
In the example above, only the ip phone with the extension 313 can "see" the caller ID.
If we change the list and put first the extension 321, the only the ip phone with the 321 extension is able to see the caller ID of the oncoming call.
Thank you.
Themis.

If you remove the immediate statement out of connection plar opx immediate 7777 the caller ID will show up on all the phones, however from my experience the Cisco phones will not ring on the first ring (the caller will hear a ring in their ear but your Cisco phones won't ring until the 2nd ring).
connection plar opx 7777

Hello and sorry for the delay,
With or without the immediate statement i have no caller ID.
It's no big problem for the time being.
Thank you very much.
