Hi,
I hava a CME 7.0 setup with VIC2-4FXO card, I am using b-acd ivr for incoming calls,
First issue is whenever anyone dials in from PSTN and just disconnect after the call connected to ivr.. the call doesn't disconnected but the FXO port remains off-hook and after some time the operator phone rings that is set in the param operator.
Second issue is if the PSTN caller disconnect the call after dialing any extension after IVR the phone still rings for 5 to 6 rings and then disconnected.

Hi Manish,
Thank you for you swift response,
I have go throgh you provided links, I check the disconnect tone and configured it as follows
voice class custom-cptone disconnect
dualtone disconnect
frequency 422
cadence 247 254
But no success, then I collectedted the logs and sharing with you can you gather the information for disconnect tone..

Hi Ahmed,
I see you have uploaded a pcm.dat file from that I was able to decode that you are using
CALLER-ID Time: 11/28 12:16 Phone: 213-431-1909
Countries: "US", "AU", "CA", "HK", "SG"
have you tried cptone for your specific country.
Let me know the name of service provider and I can check for cptone config.

Thank you for your reply, My service provider is PTCL.. And I haven't try any of theese country cptones... Can you tell me how can I chk these logs?

Try this:
voice class custom-cptone ptcl dualtone disconnect frequency 449 cadence 350 345
voice-port 0/1/0 supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call supervisory custom-cptone ptcl
Do a shut and no shut after this.

I have tried your configuration but here is the same issue.
I would like to explain the issue again that the phone remains ringing while the far end party disconnected the call anf after 5 to 6 ring the phone stops ringing. this also happening when i used connection plar too..
