Caller-ID issue on ISDN PRI

I've already configured a voice gateway which is connected to ISDN PRI line. (NEW Zealand).

When someone calls in the user can get the caller -ID but when making outgoing call the PRI base number is displayed on phone screen.

what can be the reason?
