Hi,
I have a customer who would like the CallManager 4.2 / IPCC 4.0(5) system to not answer incoming calls immediateley but after three rings (3 times call progress tone which the calling party hears).
Anyone has an idea how to do this?

are you using FXOs? If yes, there is no solution. To tell the truth, i couldn't solve it. But you can try "ring number" command under voice-port.The default is one ring.

Hi,
I'm using E1 controllers, the ring number is not configurable under voice-port.
Anyone has an idea?
