In callmanager 5.1 under user management -> end users. When you go to a specific user and scroll down right before device association, Field name Name Dialing. ANyone know what this is? I have looked under the help page, and the admin guide there is not mention of this field.

This is for Auto attendant name dialing with IPCC or CRA application. With CCM 4.x and earlier, CRA could be installed on the CM server itself. You could then setup the aa.aef script for callers to be able to search by firstname, last name and then get transfered to the actual user. IPCC or CRA looks up the user in Callmanager and uses the Name dialing field for the search. With CCM 5.x and later, you will have to use IPCC 4.5 on a separate windows box to do the same.
