CallManager 8.5 change outside dial tone duration

Hi Experts,

I need to change the outside dial tone duration after you dial 9 for external calls. Right now is 3 seconds but our CEO told us to change it to at least 5 seconds; can you please guide me on which is the exact opcion I need to change in my CallManager 8.5 and where is that option located.

In CallManager service parameters change the T302 timer to 5000 ms.
