I am working on an upgrade from 4.1(3) to 5.0 and every time I install the DMA Tool (either 5.0(2) or 5.0(4)) it blows up my publisher. The phones seem to still work fine, but I can not access or change anything and the DMA web page does not come up either. To fix it I have to unistall the DMA Tool, reboot, deactivate all services, and reactivate all services.
Any ideas?

You must install and run DMA on the Cisco Unified CallManager publisher server before you upgrade to Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0. If you make any Cisco Unified CallManager configuration changes after running DMA, the system does not retain these changes when you upgrade.

I have followed the steps outline online and in the DMA documentation. This is also not my first CallManager 4.1 to 5.0 upgrade. The first upgrade I performed the DMA tool would hang and never finish then they released the DMA 5.0(2) and I got it to work. Then performed a couple more upgrades with out a hitch. Now this one is giving me grief with DMA 5.0(4).
