CallPickup Visual Alert on CUCM8.0.3a

Hi,

Configured the Call Pick as Visual .

I can see the calling and called party information. I am just wondering whether the red light should flash or not?

If configured for both audio and video,I can hear the chime sound and also see the calling and calleed part infor the screen,

For Visual indication, Should the red ligh Flash?

Hello,

The visual indication is the calling and called party, but there is no way of visual indication on the handset.

The phone buttons only flash if you make pickup active on the BLF Speeddial and they must be in the same pickup group:
