Hi,
Setup has CUCM 8.6.2 on which all the phones are registered. And those phones are using CUBE as a gateway for PSTN calls (CME, as SIP trunk is provided by STC)
60% of the PSTN calls are getting dropped and gets message from the CUCM: “your call cannot be completed as dialed..”
The call flow is as follows:
IP phone --> CUCM --> SIP trunk --> CUBE --> SIP trunk --> service provider
Any help regarding this, would be highly appreciated.

Hi Madhura.
Can you please activate a debug ccsip messages on CUBE and capture the output when a call fails?

Hi Anas and Carlo, thanks a lot guys for the reply.
Will capture the debugs. But it would be difficult to capture the output for the call failure. Because, 40% of calls are not being failed. So, I cant anticipate the output for failure/success call.
In fact, I have already captured the debugs from CUBE as well as CUCM. Will capture the fresh debugs and will ping here.

also please share the SDL traces from the call manger, with exact calling and called number
enable the traces in the call manager to the detailed level
