Calls disconnect on transfer

Hello

I have an issue on a clients BE6000 CUCM where when they forward their phones to mobile everything works as expected.

However when they transfer the call to external, the call disconnects after a few secs.

 

Basically flow is: External Caller > Provider > Adtran > CUBE router > CUCM > handset > transfer to mobile.

 

I was looking into adjusting the SIP Profile settings, but not sure where to begin.

Do you know why the call transfer is failing after a few seconds? What's the message in the logs that's causing the disconnect and the reason code for this>?

Unfortunately its a disconnect code of 16:

Disconnect Cause (CC) : 16
Disconnect Cause (SIP) : 200

Would the fact the transfer is coming from a 3 digit extension (719) have something to do with it? Translation or transformation pattern needed?
