Calls to CUE Failed - error cause 96

Hello Experts!

We have one HO having CUCM & CUBE while other location have cucme with cue. CME users can reach CUE without any problem, even call from PSTN can also reach to CUE. We have configured transcorder also in Site C.

Problem occured when we are calling from CUCM via CUBE, i am getting bellow error:

   Cause Value=96, Tag=0x0, Call Entry(Previous Disconnect Cause=0, Disconnect Cause=96)

Indicates that the equipment sending this cause code has received a message that is missing an information element (IE). This IE must be present in the message before the message can be processed.

Can you make calls from CUCM to phones on the CUCME?

Under voice service voip do you have allow connections sip to sip?

can you post the ccsip message debugs?
