CALLS WITHOUT AUDIO

Hi,

We have a problem in some telephone calls. The problem happens when we make some external phone calls, there isn´t audio and there isn´t tone.

The Gateway is an Cisco 2821.

I have captured a trace of a phone call with the problem:
