can anybody suggest me what are the settings related to incoming calls on gateway and cucm earliest response highly appreciated

and i would like to know whether the DIDs might be the problem

Exactly what do you mean by settings???

Are you looking dor a config??? H323??? MGCP??

Sample configs for both protocols for GW and CUCM are available on CCO if you search for them.
