Can CUCM User Options be used to set No Answer Ring Duration?

Hello,

With CUCM 7.1.5 can the number of phone device rings(set in the CUCM Administration under No Answer Ring Duration) be set and/or modified by an end user using their respective access to CUCM User Options web interface?  If not, is there any other method for having the end user modify this parameter (excluding giving them rights to the CUCM Administration).

No, you cannot change it via CCMuser. The only other possible option I can think of is to try creating a custom script and try it as a phone service.
