Can I defined a fixed length in FAC -communications manager 6.1

I need to set a fixed length on FAC.

For instance the costumer wants to handle 4 digits, if the admin wants to set a FAC with 3 digits, this must not be allowed..

is it possible to set the FAC lenght??
